The view. From our floor the window to the elevator overlooked Fuji which was an impressive view. The location is great cause there are plenty of food options, an arcade that is so much fun, and so on.

The place was very solid for the price I paid and the staff were friendly. For a quick stay over hotel, it's good. The beds were pretty comfy and the room was pleasant, if a bit small. It's worth the price if you're not paying too much.

Very nice hotel! The staff was amazingly nice and were quick to help with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was nice. Very yummy ramen next to the hotel as well.

Great value for the price, easy on site parking, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Family Mart also a short walk away.

Check-in was friendly and quick. Room was clean. Amenities was complete. The window in front of the elevator was a fabulous view of the Mt. Fuji. A pity we didn't have this view in the room. Breakfast was ok with wide selection and dining room had plenty of space.

Good location if you are going to do day trips up to Mount Fuji or onsens, there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and it’s a 10min taxi from shin Fuji station. Nice for a night or two

Spacious room when compared with other APA’s hotels. The location was great nearby Fuji spot attraction.

All staff were very nice and assisted where needed. The room was the most spacious out of all rooms we booked during this trip Essy access to all main points.
